Shit is hitting the fan

In a nutshell: There is a question about whether or not the text message read on day one was allowed to be admitted into the case. The Judicial Board has ruled that they must rule on the matter, and the trial must be in recess until then. Then, our fearless leader, Mr. Dunham, suggested that the Senate simply turn the entire matter over to the Judicial Board to decide. This would require amending both the Bylaws and the Constitution of the SG, I believe. Several Senators forcefully opposed this idea. Personally, I also think that that is about the stupidest thing I have ever heard. After all of the time I have already put into this, I would very much appreciate the opportunity to render a decision, as I should be allowed to do under the governing documents.
