The questions, the answers

VP Prescott faced the Senate today, and had to deal with questions for an hour. The AU Examiner has the story. The VP seemed to hold his own, and the Senators that I have spoken to suggest that impeachment is now unlikely. What a relief.

However, the Examiner did pick up on one very non-committal statement from Prescott:
When asked directly if he could guarantee that the ball would definitely happen, Prescott refused to commit, saying only that he and Martin were working as hard as they could to make sure the ball would happen by late March or early April.
