Nirvana: Disqualified

As you probably have heard, the Chair of the BOE informed Nirvana Habash this morning that she was no longer allowed to run for President. Two of her friends had sent out an email in support of her to some members of SPA Leadership using Blackboard. Nirvana can appeal the decision to the Judicial Board (which is chaired by the same person that chairs the BOE), which she will do at a meeting tonight at 11:15. The Judicial Board will have to make a final decision within 12 hours of when she first filed her appeal, which will be by around 6 am tomorrow.
