This story is getting old fast

The Eagle is reporting that the BOE has ruled once again that Nirvana Habash's name needs to come off the ballot (her case had been sent back to the BOE by the Judicial Board after her appeal last night). Apparently, they ruled that she can still campaign as a write-in candidate. She still has the ability to appeal this new decision to the Judicial Board. The fun never ends.
