Handverger vs. Prescott

I was unaware of this, but there seems to be quite a bit of animosity between the Comptroller and VP Prescott. As the questioning of MacCracken continues, the VP has chimed in and made it clear that he feels that the Comptroller was negligent while performing his duties. It will be interesting to hear his forthcoming testimony.
