For comparison, the President of Georgetown's Student Association makes $1,000 for the academic year and gets free housing in the summer. Yes, that is a lot less than what Prescott and company are getting.

The executives make a lot of money
The Eagle has a look at their compensation. This is not exactly news, but I'm not sure people realized just how much these positions paid. The President, VP, Secretary, and Comptroller make $8,500 for the year ($5,000 for the summer, $3,500 for the academic year). That isn't bad, considering they are only are only required to work 20 hours per week during the summer (approximately $20 per hour) and 18 hours per week during the academic year. Knowing this, I have a feeling that more students might decide to run for these positions, and that is a good thing.
